Itinerary
July 15-26, 2010: 12 days/10 nights

Day 1: USA OR YOUR HOME COUNTRY-VIENNA
Thursday
- Flight from USA or your home country to Europe
Day 2: ARRIVE IN VIENNA
Friday
- Transfer to your hotel
- Brief orientation tour of the city
- Welcome event and dinner
- Overnight in Vienna
Day 3: VIENNA
Saturday
- Workshop with a local choral expert
- Rehearsal
- Sightseeing tour of Vienna
- CONCERT #1 — Individual Concert. Each choir has a 15-20 minutes conducted by their own Music Director.
- Overnight in Vienna
Day 4: VIENNA
Sunday
- CONCERT #2 — Sing Mass in one of Vienna's greatest churches (probably at historic St. Stephan's–Vienna's main Cathedral).
- Sightseeing tour of the wonderful Austrian capital
- Singing Dinner Event — All choirs perform 2 songs conducted by their own Music Director
- Overnight in Vienna
Day 5: VIENNA-SALZBURG
Monday
- Travel via the Lake District and on to Salzburg, enjoying the beautiful countryside
- Visit and rehearse in the Wedding Church made famous by the "Sound of Music" with Janet Galván
- Private dinner for Music Directors to meet with Festival Conductor, Orchestra Manager and Classical Movements Staff
- Overnight in Salzburg
Day 6: SALZBURG
Tuesday
- Tour the Old City and visit Mozart's house
- Rehearsals - individual choirs
- CONCERT #3 — All choirs sharing a joint concert at University Church or St. Andrä Church or similar. Each choir sings for 15 to 30 minutes and is conducted by their own Music Director, plus a grand finale with all choirs singing together directed by Janet Galván.

Day 7: SALZBURG-PRAGUE
Wednesday
- Drive to Prague
- Stop for lunch in Cesky Krumlov, a UNESCO listed World Heritage Site and free time to visit the old town
- Overnight in Prague
Day 8: PRAGUE
Thursday
- Rehearsal, all choirs with Janet Galván
- Prague City tour
- Rehearsal, all choirs with Janet Galván and orchestra
- Overnight in Prague
Day 9: PRAGUE
Friday
- Rehearsal, all choirs with Janet Galván
- CONCERT #4 — All choirs sharing a joint concert, in Prague
- Overnight in Prague
Day 10: PRAGUE
Saturday
- Guided walking tour of the old city
- CONCERT #5 — Rehearsal and Grand Finale in Prague. All choirs and orchestra, directed by Ms. Galván.
- Overnight in Prague
Day 11: PRAGUE
Sunday
- CONCERT #6 — Sing Mass in one of the historic churches of Prague, directed by Ms. Galván
- Free time to enjoy the city
- Festival Celebration Dinner and Party
- Overnight in Prague
Day 12: PRAGUE-USA OR YOUR HOME COUNTRY
Monday
- Transfer to Prague Airport and fly back to USA or your home country
