| | Fly from your home country to Vienna, Austria.
With a population of more than 1.5 million people, Vienna is the center of Austrian politics, economics, and education. Art and culture have a long tradition here as evidenced by the beautiful Opera Houses, Concert Halls, Grand Cathedral, Museums and by the delicate Romanesque & Baroque Architecture. The great composer Mozart lived here for many years. |

YOUR RHAPSODY PACKAGE CAN INCLUDE:
- Flights to Vienna with your return from Prague.
- A modern air conditioned bus throughout for the whole tour for each group of minimum 30 persons.
- Nine nights in tourist class hotel accommodation with private bath, including all taxes and service charges.
- One free place based on half a double room for the tour escorts/instructors for every 25 paid (i.e. 26th and 52nd are free). Maximum of 2 free.
- All meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) starting with the Welcome Dinner on the arrival day in Vienna and ending with breakfast on the departure day in Prague.

- One tour director throughout for each group.
- One guided tour in each city.
- Entrance fees for selected sites.

- At least one rehearsal for individual performances.
- Two master-classes with leading Viennese and Czech choral conductors.
- At least three rehearsals of festival literature with selected attending choir directors.
- Five concerts with multiple choirs - each choir sings individually, conducted by its own Music Director with a combined grand finale of 2-3 pieces conducted by select attending choir directors.
- Concert arrangements to include:
- Venues Hire.
- Publicity including Flyers and Posters for each concert.
- Concert Programs.
- Chamber Orchestra for at least two rehearsals (one with Guest Conductor and one with all choirs and Guest Conductor) and two concerts in Prague.
- Royalties for concerts.
- Participation in Mass in Vienna and Prague.
- Festival T-shirt for each chorister.
- Certificate to Rhapsody festival for each chorister.
- One tour book for each tour participant with detailed instructions on your trip, and travel tips and information on visited countries.
- Basic medical insurance (for US and Canada choirs only)
