DAY 1, WEDNESDAY: DEPART HOME

DAY 2, THURSDAY: JOHNANNESBURG (D)
- Arrive in Johannesburg
- Brief city orientation tour of Johannesburg (Depending on flight arrival)
Johannesburg is the business capital of South Africa. The city is characterized by a cosmopolitan, multicultural mix of people from all walks of life alive with activity and a fast paced style of living. There are many excellent museums, theatres, cultural precincts and craft markets to choose from.

DAY 3, FRIDAY: PRETORIA (B, D)

Pretoria is the country's administrative capital where you can get a taste of the cultural history of South Africa. On this city tour you will view the Union Buildings, the Voortrekker Monument with a ride on an ox wagon.

Choirs will share a concert with South African Choirs at the Pretoria City Hall, or alternative venue. Each choir performs for up to 25 minutes and is conducted by their own Music Director.

DAY 4, SATURDAY: SOWETO (B, D)
- Breakfast at the hotel
- City tour of Soweto
You can relive the events that sparked the change in South Africa forever, as the start of the Soweto uprisings sparked by scholars of the Phefeni junior secondary school on the 16th of June, 1976.

- WORKSHOP IN SOWETO
With South African choir where you will experience African drumming, dancing, and their amazing singing.
- Group dinner in Soweto with South African Choir
- CONCERT #2
Choirs will share a concert with South African Choirs at Local Soweto Churches, or alternative venue. Each choir performs for up to 25 minutes and is conducted by their own Music Director.

DAY 5,SUNDAY: ALEXANDRA ~ JOHANNESBURG (B, D)
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Service at St. Hubert's or Alternative Church
A historic church service with an excellent choir. You are likely to have an uplifting experience and will be able to rub shoulders with the people of Alexandra, an experience never to be forgotten!

Visit the Apartheid Museum
This tour embarks you on a journey of discovery of the racial segregation experienced by millions of South Africans just over a decade ago. The Soweto uprising, the history of the ANC, solitary confinement of political prisoners and the birth of a new democratic country are detailed.

Choirs will share a concert with South African Choirs in Johannesburg. Each choir performs for up to 25 minutes and is conducted by their own Music Director.

DAY 6, MONDAY: GAME PARK EXPERIENCE (B, D)
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Travel to Game Park
- Free time
You can relax, explore on your own, or play volleyball, table tennis, pool table, etc.
Lunch on your own
- Afternoon Game drive
Visitors can spot White Rhino, Buffalo, Giraffe, Hippo, Black Wildebeest, Zebra and many antelope species including the rare Roan and Sable Antelope, Tsessebe, Eland, Waterbuck, Kudu, Oryx, Red Hartebeest, Blesbok, Springbuck, and Impala just to mention a few.

Unforgettable dinning experience outdoors where you can experience the sounds of the "night life" around a boma (bonfire).

DAY 7, TUESDAY: GAME PARK ~ CAPE TOWN (B)

- Transfer back to Johannesburg

- Fly from Johannesburg to Cape Town
- City tour of Cape Town
Cape Town has a fascinating history that includes a strong Dutch, some German, French, British and Malay influence, which is still present in much of the Cape's architecture. Explore the character of Cape Town whilst reveling in the modern Mediterranean culture that Capetonians have adopted.

DAY 8, WEDNESDAY: CAPE TOWN (B, L, D)
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Tour of Table Mountain
Take the cableway to the top of Table Mountain where it offers visitor's unsurpassed views of Cape Town & its suburbs. The Swiss-built cable car carries up to 65 people to the top within a matter of a few minutes and the cable car rotates as it ascends & descends and enables you to see the view from all sides.

Choirs will share a concert with South African Choirs at the University of Cape Town, or alternative venue. Each choir performs for up to 25 minutes and is conducted by their own Music Director.

DAY 9, THURSDAY: CAPE TOWN (B, L)

- A visit to the rugged Cape Peninsula
Cape Peninsula is an extremely scenic drive over Chapman's peak, with steep cliffs dropping almost vertically into the ocean at times. Cape Point is located at the tip of the peninsula & is the spectacular meeting-point of ocean currents from the Atlantic & Indian Oceans. The tour includes a visit to an adorable colony of African jackass penguins, which settled on a public beach and share this with their fellow human brothers!

DAY 10, FRIDAY: CAPE TOWN (B, D)
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Optional Tour of the notorious Robben Island
Once a leper colony, Robben Island achieved notoriety as the prison of South Africa's most famous son, Nelson Mandela, during the dark days of Apartheid. The tour leaves from the Waterfront and all guides are former political prisoners. (Extra fee applies for this excursion).

- Tour of the Bergkelder Wine Estates
Located in the town of Stellenbosch, take a walk in this 300 year old town with its quaint little stores and especially "Oom Samie se winkel"

Choirs will share a concert with South African Choirs at the Stellenbosch University, or alternative venue. Each choir performs for up to 25 minutes and is conducted by their own Music Director.

DAY 11, SATURDAY: CAPE TOWN (B, D)
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Morning Rehearsal
- Lunch on your own
- Free time at the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront
This is Cape Town's spectacular working harbor with beautiful sea and mountain views, offering everything from up market shopping malls, arts and crafts markets, theatres, live music and museums.

Choirs will share a concert with South African Choirs at the Cape Town City Hall, or alternative venue. Each choir performs for up to 25 minutes and is conducted by their own Music Director.
