MINIMUM GROUP SIZE:	40 paying paying passengers
PRICE PER PERSON:	As listed below for air & land sharing DOUBLE/TRIPLE rooms based on the itinerary using 3 * hotal arrangements and adults sharing a double room.
PRICING GUARANTEE:	We will guarantee the prices below with the airfare, however, if we receive a lower rate on your group airfare, the savings will be passed on to your group. This dollar rate is guaranteed and not based on currency fluctuations.

*3 SINGLE SUPPLEMENT**	$350 (availability of single accommodatations not guaranteed).
*4 HOTEL UPGRADE**	$500 added to the main tour cost based on sharing DOUBLE/TRIPLE rooms based on the itinerary using 4 * hotel arrangements and adults sharing a double.
4 * SINGLE SUPPLEMENT	$700 paid in addition to the 4 * hotel upgrade to secure a single accommodation. (availability of single accommodations not guaranteed).

THIS PRICE INCLUDES:

A modern air conditioned bus throughout for the whole tour for each group of 30 to 50 persons.
Ten nights tourist class hotel accommodation with private bath, including all taxes and service charges. Air conditioning not guaranteed.
One free place based on half a double room for the tour escorts/instructors for every 25 paid (26th and 52nd are free). Maximum of 2 free.
Ten (10) breakfast meals.
Eight (8) other meals (lunches or dinners, per the final itinerary).
Welcome Dinner Party and Farewell Dinner Party.
Snacks and water before concerts.
3 Workshops and Choral exchanges with local South African Conductors and Choirs.
Soft drinks for all meals.
One local guide for each group at each destination.
One South African Tour Director and two Classical Movements staff available for all festival participants.
One guided tour in each city.
Entrance fees as per final itinerary.
Local English speaking tour guides.
Tips to guides and drivers.
Two rehearsals for individual performances and additional rehearsals can be arranged as needed.
Perform in Four individual concerts out of the six listed to be shared with multiple choirs (National and International) - each choir sings individually conducted by its own Music Director.
Concert arrangements to include:
- Venues Hire.
- Publicity including Flyers and Posters for each concert.
- Concert Programs.
- Bottled water backstage for individual & joint concerts (for choristers only).
- Royalties for concerts.
Festival T-shirt for each participant.
Festival certificate to choristers.
One Tour Book for each tour participant with detailed instructions on your trip, and travel tips and information on visited countries.
Classical Movements fees.

THIS PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

Airline tickets to be determined at a later date for each choir based on the departure city.
Airline departure taxes of about $300 (subject to change): Does not include PFCs, fuel surcharges, security charges, custom charges, immigration fees, taxes or any other fees, which may apply and will be determined at time of ticketing.
Costs of obtaining a US Passport, visas or customs/immigration fees (currently no visas are needed for US citizens for these countries).
Items of a personal nature not mentioned above, such as excess baggage, laundry, telephone calls and travel insurance.
Meals not mentioned in final itinerary.
Special Meals: We will try to accommodate requests whenever possible, but they may not be available and may cost significantly more.
Expenses within the USA, including getting to and from the international airport.
Porterage at US airports not included.
If accompanist or local musicians are needed we would be happy to arrange this for an additional cost.
The water in South Africa is considered some of the best quality in the world and therefore bottled water at meals, rehearsal and tours are not included. Despite this, we can arrange this for an extra cost if you would prefer.
Single room supplement.

INCLUDED IN PROPOSAL FOR SHADOW GROUP IS:

A separate bus from the chorus group for a shadow group of 20 or more people.
Entrance fees to all concerts/performances of The Chorus.
Two additional half-day sightseeing tours while choirs are rehearsing in Johannesburg and Cape Town.
Shadow group supplement: $125.00/per person for shadow groups larger than 30, $175.00/per person for shadow groups of 20-29 people.
PLEASE NOTE: A separate shadow group is not possible for less than 20 people.

ESTIMATED TAX:

Estimated $325-$400 per person with current high fuel costs for the airline taxes and fuel surcharges. This price can fluctuate until ticketing of each group and depends upon each airline.

LAND ONLY:

$1,975 per person sharing a double room based on the attached itinerary. These passengers do not pay airline departure tax. Must advise 5 months prior to departure. Changing to land only less than 5 months prior is NOT permitted.

APPLICATION:

All participating choirs will have an application fee of $50. Payment for the application fee can be sent along with your application to the address listed above. If your choir is not chosen to participate in the 2009 Festival, we can refund your deposit to you, or at your request, we can put it toward your application fee for IHLOMBE 2010. If you apply for IHLOMBE and are accepted for 2009 or 2010 and then decide not to attend either festival, your application is non-refundable.
