GROUP SIZE: 40 - 59 passengers. Any additional passengers above 59 will require a recalculation of costs for a second bus and guide.
PRICE PER PERSON: As listed below for air & land sharing DOUBLE/QUAD rooms based on the itinerary using tourist class hotel arrangements and adults sharing a double room. (Note: The cost of airline taxes and fuel surcharges are not included in this price)
PRICING GUARANTEE: We will guarantee the prices below with the airfare (excluding taxes and fuel surcharges), however, if we receive a lower rate on your group airfare the savings will be passed on to your group. This dollar rate is guaranteed and not based on currency fluctuations.

SINGLE SUPPLEMENT $350 (availability of single accommodations not guaranteed until a booking is made).
4 * HOTEL UPGRADE $500 added to the main tour cost based on sharing DOUBLE/TRIPLE rooms based on the itinerary using 4 * hotel arrangements and adults sharing a double.
4 * SINGLE SUPPLEMENT $700 paid in addition to the 4 * hotel upgrade to secure a single accommodation. (availability of single accommodations not guaranteed).

THIS PRICE INCLUDES:
  1. A modern air conditioned bus throughout for the whole tour for each group of 30 to 50 persons.
  2. Ten nights tourist class hotel accommodation with private bath, including all taxes and service charges.
  3. One free place based on half a double room for the tour escorts/instructors for every 25 paid (26th and 52nd are free). Maximum of 2 free.
  4. All meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) starting with the Welcome Dinner on the arrival day in Vienna and ending with breakfast on the departure day in Prague.
  5. Welcome Dinner Party and Farewell Dinner Party.
  6. Soft drinks for all meals.
  7. One tour director throughout for each group.
  8. One guided tour in each city.
  9. Entrance fees for selected sites.
  10. Local English speaking tour guides.
  11. One rehearsal for individual performances.
  12. At least three rehearsals of festival literature with Guest Conductor (one with orchestra).
  13. Two concerts with multiple choirs - each choir sings individually, conducted by its own Music Director.
  14. At least two joint performances with orchestra and all choirs together, leads by our distinguished guest conductors.
  15. Concert arrangements to include:
  16. Venues Hire.
  17. Publicity including Flyers and Posters for each concert.
  18. Concert Programs.
  19. Chamber Orchestra for at least two rehearsals (one with Guest Conductor and one with all choirs and Guest Conductor) and two concerts in Prague.
  20. Bottled water backstage.
  21. Royalties for concerts.
  22. Guest conductor fees and travel costs.
  23. Participation in Mass in Vienna and Prague.
  24. Festival T-shirt for choristers.
  25. Certificate to Rhapsody festival.
  26. One tour book for each tour participant with detailed instructions on your trip, and travel tips and information on visited countries.
  27. Classical Movements fees.
THIS PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
  1. Tips to guides and drivers: a fair estimate may be approximately $25 per person for the whole tour.
  2. Costs of obtaining a US Passport, visas or customs/immigration fees (currently no visas are needed for US citizens for these countries).
  3. Items of a personal nature not mentioned above, such as excess baggage, laundry, telephone calls and travel insurance.
  4. Meals not mentioned in final itinerary.
  5. Special Meals: We will try to accommodate requests whenever possible, but they may not be available and may cost significantly more.
  6. Expenses within the USA, including getting to and from the international airport.
  7. Porterage at US airports not included.
  8. Costs to hire instruments and musicians for accompanist (except for orchestra which is included).
  9. Single room supplement.
INCLUDED IN PROPOSAL FOR SHADOW GROUP IS:
  1. A separate bus from the chorus group for a shadow group of 20 or more people.
  2. Entrance fees to all concerts/performances of Children's Chorus.
  3. Two additional half-day sightseeing tours while children are rehearsing in Vienna and Prague.
  4. Shadow group supplement: $150 for shadow groups larger than 30, $175 for shadow groups of 20-29 people.
  5. PLEASE NOTE: A separate shadow group is not possible for less than 20 people.

ESTIMATED TAX: Estimated $400-$500 per person with current high fuel costs for the airline taxes and fuel surcharges. This price can fluctuate until ticketing of each group and depends upon each airline.
LAND ONLY PACKAGE: $2,295. Please contact us for flight information and costs from your home location. Choirs purchasing Land Only Package are responsible for their own flights to and from festival location.
APPLICATION: All participating choirs will have an application fee of $50. Payment for the application fee can be sent along with your application to the address listed above. If your choir is not chosen to participate in the 2010 Festival, we can refund your deposit to you, or at your request, we can put it toward your application fee for Ihlombe! 2011. If you apply for Ihlombe! and are accepted for 2010 or 2011 and then decide not to attend either festival, your application is non-refundable.
