The superb natural heritage, abundant outdoor activities, and an increasingly vibrant food and music scene make it a destination to rival any of the U.K.’s capital regions. With years of peace between Northern Ireland and The Troubles, this part of the world, with its long tradition of song and music making should be experienced.
Include Northern Ireland on a multi-country tour with England, Scotland, and Wales to experience all of the United Kingdom. Recently the Hopkins School Choir visited Northern Ireland on a very successful tour and this was followed a few months later by a visit of a choir from Belfast to Classical Movements’ Serenade! Washington D.C. Choral Festival.
Classical Movements has been planning tours to the United Kingdom since 1994. Past clients touring to the United Kingdom have included the Minnesota Orchestra, Philadelphia Orchestra, National Symphony Orchestra, Swedish Chamber Orchestra, Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, VocalEssence, Choral Arts Society of Washington, Young People’s Chorus of New York City, Children’s Chorus of Washington, James Madison University Choir, University of Maryland Choir and numerous youth orchestras.
